That label was erroneously put on the package by Anchor Bay Entertainment, the DVD label that released the Threes Company DVD. They can be reached at TVonDVD@anchorbayent.com.
These episodes are not missing as they are actually episodes of The Ropers. When Threes Company is licensed to broadcasters, these two Ropers episodes are included with all the Threes Company episodes.
As the Three’s Company DVDs are the shows that were originally broadcast by ABC, the two Ropers episodes are not included since they were not part of Threes Company as broadcast by ABC.
The $10 rebate included with the DVD series 4 is valid for the purchase of any two Three’s Company DVD series prior to October 1, 2005.
Please note that Anchor Bay Entertainment is resposible for this rebate promotion and all questions regarding payment status must be directed to them. They can be reached at TVonDVD@anchorbayent.com!
