Synopsis:

Jack and Chrissy don' t realize that Mrs. Roper is trying to patch up a misunderstanding between her husband, Stanley and his bowling buddy Jerry Gordon, when they overhear her planning what sounds like an assignation with Jerry. The situation becomes more complicated when the landlady then asks to use the upstairs apartment but warns Jack and Chrissy not to tell Stanley because he would never forgive her. The worst is yet to come after Jerry shows up with his own ideas about Mrs. Roper's motives.
