Synopsis: |
Jack Tripper feigns illness to cancel a date with his girlfriend Linda because he is spending the evening with another girl, and everyone finds out that he has pulled a fast one. Jack doesn't realize that he has made dates with his girlfriend and Samantha, his new interest, for the same evening until Linda calls. Jack's friend Larry takes the call and cancels the date at the pretext that Jack has a bad cold. Stanley Roper overhears Jack following through with the fabrication and is convinced that he has caught Jack's illness. Complications arise when Janet, Chrissy, Mrs. Roper and all show up while Jack is entertaining Samantha. |
